Privacy
Originals by Andrea guarantees that your private information will not be sold to third parties.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express /by phone only/. We also accept PAYPAL payments; however, your order will not be processed and shipped until your payment has been processed.
Taxes
All applicable taxes will be charged when ordering from Originals by Andrea. In Canada the taxes charged differ according to the province to which the customer resides.
Shipping
Shipping costs are based upon estimates given by Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS, based on both the weight of the item purchased and its intended destination. All orders from Originals by Andrea will be shipped INSURED with Canada Post, FedEx, and/or UPS unless otherwise specified.
Quality Guarantee
Each unique Originals By Andrea piece has been created with care and is carefully inspected to ensure that there are no known defects. If you believe that the piece you have received has a manufacturing defect then we require you to report this defect in writing within four days of receiving your shipment.
If your piece is deemed faulty then you will be required to return the original item and we will issue you credit that can be applied towards the purchase of any item available on our website.
Returns
We accept returns within fourteen days of delivery date for INSTORE CREDIT ONLY. To return an item, please email us for a return authorization (RA) code and return address information. Returns shipped without an RA code will be returned to sender at their expense. All shipping, handling and expediting charges are non-refundable. They must be sent to us through an insured method such as Xpress Post in Canada, or registered mail in the U.S. or courier service and accompanied by a tracking number; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We reserve the right to refuse a return and items must be returned in the condition received. Any returned items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer.
Care
In order to prevent damage each piece of Originals by Andrea jewellery must be treated with care. This means that your Originals by Andrea jewellery should not be exposed to water and/or other liquids (i.e: do not wear your jewellery in the shower, bath, and/or while exercising or perspiring heavily). It also means that force should not be applied to your Originals by Andrea jewellery (i.e: do not throw or drop your jewellery on hard surfaces). In order to keep your Originals by Andrea jewellery looking its best, store it in a protective casing and spot clean with a soft, dry cloth only when necessary.

Damage
If your piece should incur damage over time and you would like it repaired then please contact us via e-mail. The repair process moves quickly when you provide us with photographs of the jewellery (including close-ups of the damage) and a written description of the damage. You will be provided with an estimate for the costs of the repair as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that each Originals by Andrea piece is crafted using distinct quality materials. Therefore, depending on the age of the piece, we may be unable to make a close match to the original materials used in the original.
Disclaimer
Due to the unique nature of the materials used, the product may appear different to the customer than it looks in the photograph. We have made every attempt to take photographs that accurately reflect the true nature of the product. In addition, we have tried to the best of our ability to accurately describe the pieces. All measurements on this website are approximate. All prices are subject to change without notice.
